Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, at least one week prior to the beginning of class. Make checks payable to Human Services Training Consultants, Inc. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope if requesting a receipt or confirmation. Cancellations will be made by telephone during the hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to pre-paid registrants. All refund requests must be submitted in writing or in person. A 15 percent administrative fee will be retained unless an HSTC error is involved or cancellation of a class occurs. A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any check returned to HSTC by a bank. Check cashing privileges will be revoked for any student having checks returned twice by his/her bank.
